Very good authentic Mexican food in Taos. We were driving through and wanted a quick late lunch.
Cite restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Parking on the side of the building. Comfortable bit basic dining area.
The owner waited on us and was very friendly. He explained about the different areas of Mexico that the food came from and his wife cooks the food.
Everything we ordered was well prepared and tasty. The jalapeno rellenos were stuffed with cheese and bacon and lightly battered and fried. They were spicy and delicious and there were three. We also had a burrito and al pastor tacos. An order had five tacos which was a generous portion.
Prices were $10-$15 which seemed great for the portion size. We really enjoyed lunch here!
